Programmatic and Language Requests
This form should be used to submit requests for any of the twelve FY26 House Appropriations bills. For your request to be given consideration, you must complete the form below for each programmatic funding and/or bill or report language request. Multiple requests in one submission WILL NOT be accepted. Please submit each request individually.

Reminder: You MUST submit letters of support to PolicyRepJames@mail.house.gov for us to process your CPF Request.
