Programmatic and Language Requests
This form should be used to submit requests for any of the twelve FY27 House Appropriations bills. For your request to be given consideration, you must complete the form below for each programmatic funding and/or bill or report language request. Multiple requests in one submission WILL NOT be accepted. Please submit each request individually.

Community Project Funding
Similarly, please see the link to Rep. James’s FY27 Community Project Funding (CPF) Request form below. This form will be used to submit requests for certain FY27 House Appropriations bills. Currently, our office has not been made aware which accounts will be made available. We will model the requests off the FY26 format. Please note that this is subject to change.
*YOU MUST HAVE A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR YOUR CPF REQUESTS. If we do not receive a Letter of Support, we will NOT be able to process your CPF request - this is a requirement from the House Appropriations Committee.*
